Purchasing / Introducing Radioactive Materials

Purchasing / introducing radioactive materials to the University will take place in accordance with the following stages:

1. The principal investigator will send the faculty safety officer an application form to start work with radiation - click here  to download the form >>
2. The faculty radiation safety officer will examine the application
3. When the application is approved, the faculty radiation safety officer will send the radiation supervisor a form asking to renew /update the permit for work with ionized radiation - click here to download the form >>
4. After updating the permit, the investigator will be sent notification of permission to order materials
